2. What this website collects

This website collects no personal data from visitors. It sets no cookies and contains no analytics or advertising tools that track visitor behaviour.

The contact form does not send your details to us. When you submit it, your own email application opens with a draft message; you decide whether to send it. No form data is stored on any server.

The hosting provider may keep standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path) for technical reasons. We do not use these logs for commercial purposes.

3. Data processed when you contact us

When you contact us by email, telephone or similar means, the following data is processed:

• Identity data: first name, surname
• Contact data: email address, telephone number
• Customer transaction data: company name, your enquiry and correspondence

5. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, and the legitimate interests of the data controller. Where none of these grounds apply, your explicit consent is obtained.

6. Transfer of data

Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

It may be shared only to the extent required to deliver the service — with our email and website hosting providers, and with public authorities where legally required. Servers of these providers may be located outside Türkiye.

7. Method of collection

Personal data is collected electronically through the contact you initiate with us (email, telephone). No automated data collection takes place through the website.

8. Retention period

Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the statutory limitation periods set out in applicable legislation. At the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

By applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met
• Request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties concerned
• Object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing

You may submit your requests, together with information verifying your identity, to the email address or postal address given at the end of this page. Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest.
